PadelTime TV is operated by SAM Media B.V., registered in the Netherlands at Van Diemenstraat 356, 1013 CR Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

PadelTime TV is a padel television service delivered over the internet to a web browser. It consists of a continuously transmitted channel and, alongside it, a catalogue of programmes available on demand.

We decide what the channel transmits and when. Programming, categories and titles change over time.

The linear channel is open: anyone visiting the site can watch it. The on-demand catalogue is for subscribers, through a subscription taken out with your mobile operator.

To reach the catalogue you sign in with the link sent to you when you subscribed, or the access code it contains. We do not create accounts on this site and we do not take payment here. Your operator provides the subscription, sets its price and billing period, and shows you those details before you subscribe. Their terms apply to the subscription itself.

You end the subscription with your mobile operator, using the method they gave you when you subscribed. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for and then stops.

Questions about charges, renewal or cancellation are for your operator, because they hold the billing relationship.

The service is for your own private viewing.

You may not record, copy, download, redistribute, broadcast or publicly show the programming, make it available to other people, or attempt to get around the access controls that limit it to subscribers.

Live transmission depends on the signal we receive from the broadcast source and on your own internet connection. Interruptions, delays and short outages can happen, and we may suspend the service for maintenance.

We do not undertake that any particular programme, match or title will be shown or remain available.

The programming is owned by its rights holders and licensed for transmission on this service. The PadelTime TV name, logo and the design of this site belong to us.

Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.

The service is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. If you are under 16, use it only with the agreement of a parent or guardian.

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your mandatory rights under Dutch and EU law are unaffected.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the service after an update is published, the updated terms apply.

Dutch law governs these terms. Disputes may be brought before the competent court in Amsterdam.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live, and you can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
