Subscription identifier: the access code contained in the link your operator sent you. When we check it, the verification service tells us whether the subscription is active, the country it belongs to and an operator reference.

Technical data: your IP address, the type of browser and device you use, and the date, time and address of the requests your browser makes. These appear in our server logs.

Your preferences: the language and the light or dark appearance you choose.

To confirm you are entitled to watch and to deliver the channel and the catalogue to you — necessary to perform the agreement between us.

To keep the service secure, prevent misuse of subscriptions, and find and fix faults — our legitimate interest in running the service safely and reliably.

To remember the language and appearance you chose — so the service works the way you set it up.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, we do not build profiles of viewers, and we do not track you across other websites.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.

Your mobile operator and the service that verifies subscriptions on their behalf, so that we can confirm your access.

The providers who host and run our infrastructure, who process data only on our instructions.

Public authorities, where we are legally required to disclose it.

A sign-in session lasts 24 hours, after which it expires and you sign in again.

Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, and are then deleted.

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the safeguards permitted under EU data protection law, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You may ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to object to our use of it, and you may ask for a copy in a portable form.

You may also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or to the authority in the country where you live.

The service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
